Giving offerings and tithes to God can be act of love or a personal sacrifice to further God’s good works in this world-including helping those in need and supporting important ministries which help people in various ways. We (believers) are the light of the world and we should show that through our deeds, and one way to do that is to give some of what we have and continue working and earning successfully so we have more to give.
Maybe, most people in society are not that generous. They often do things like going to the grocery store and buying $500 worth of stuff, then giving $1 to charity as they go through checkout and they might feel good about themselves because of that $1. But as Christians we should not be like that, and neither should servants of God abuse people’s generosity since they will give an account to God for how they used the money. Money that is given to ministries should be used in a holy, Biblical way. It’s also a good idea for leaders in Churches to try to do, not only what is right in the eyes of God in this matter, but what is right in the eyes of people to avoid misunderstandings.
This is a new ministry and I’m still getting it set up. For the time being, there is no working form on this page for you to give money through (sorry), but you can give to God and further God’s works by giving to CFAN (Christ for All Nations). Here is a link to their page. They don’t know that I put this link here, but they should be okay with it.
The ministry through this website matters for everyone whom God helps and reaches through it and I expect it to keep growing and improving-this website and ministry has expenses. This ministry takes time and effort which could be put toward working and earning money rather than making this website and helping people through it. I, and those whom I expect to join the staff in the future, are going to have to put a lot of time and effort into our spiritual lives so that when it comes time for us to preach, teach, share God’s words and serve we will have more (faith and power from God) to give. In the future, I would like to get this part of the website set up so that people can securely give offerings or tithes here. But for now, you can you click on the link for CFAN and give there. If you insist on helping this ministry now before the giving forms on this page are set up (there are expenses now)-you can email me about it.
